As the world moves into the new normal, we have swiftly adapted and offer our guests peace of mind with steps to maintain high levels of safety, hygiene and physical distancing practices. Here are few of the changes that we have made to ensure that you continue to feel safe and welcome when you’re with us:
FROM TOUCH TO TECHNOLOGY: Technology is used for seamless, yet personalised self-check ins. Any key cards, pens or credit card terminals that you come into contact with will be disinfected after each use. Using digital payment reduces the need for contact.
TRAINING TO DELIGHT, SAFELY: All our team are extensively trained on safety, hygiene and physical distancing norms to ensure your wellbeing and delight, every time.
SPACIOUS SURROUNDINGS: Layouts for seating as well as guest and team member movement have been altered to enable physical distancing in the common areas including the lobby, lifts, lounge and gym.
SAFER APARTMENTS: All surfaces including furniture, kitchen equipment, stationery, linen, fixtures and fittings are disinfected upon every use.
BEST PRACTICES: The renewed and heightened safety protocols have been developed in accordance with the guidance advised by the UK Government.

Signage and floor markings to promote social distancing.
Increased cleaning and sterilisation of public areas.
Lift operation allows only one guest or family group at a time.
Lifts are operated by key card and occupants can only access their check-in floor.
Studios and Apartments offer long stay benefits including kitchen and laundry facilities, which mean that guests do not need to rely on outside services.
We welcome deliveries which are left in a designated area for guest collection.
Our spacious 5th floor residents’ lounge with reduced furnishings and outside terrace is an ideal space for socially distanced co-working or socialising.
